"The IMLA program brings together students from a wide range of backgrounds, not just landscape architecture. This allows the student groups to be not only international, but interdisciplinary, just as the field of landscape architecture should ideally be. I found this to be an amazing opportunity to be able to learn from each other's experience while collaborating on interesting projects in which we were encouraged to be bold, creative, and visionary. IMLA allowed us to learn and find our own way while being supported by our professors' guidance. Being a part of IMLA showed me that there are no limits to what one can do within the field of landscape architecture."
