Envisioning cross-border landscapes between Austria, Slovakia, Hungary: IMLA students win second prize of the LE:NOTRE Student Competition 2020

The LE:NOTRE Institute student competition 2020 with the title 'Cross Border Landscapes' asked for a new vision for the landscape shared by Slovakia, Hungary and Austria. The project area of the competition task covered the Bratislava metropolitan area on the Slovak side of the border, small rural settlements on the Austrian side of the border and the Three Countries Point where the borderlines intersect with the border to Hungary.

A team of the International Master of Landscape Architecture (IMLA) programme was very successful in this challenging competition with a participation of 20 international teams and won the second price:

Chiara Loffredi, Foysal Karim, Nicole Leung and Shaurav Paul with their with their contribution 'Amalgam'.
